These terms apply to purchases from and use of zeanshobbyshop.com, operated by Zean’s Hobby Shop. Review these terms and our linked policies before ordering.
Ordering and accurate information
You must be able to enter a binding purchase agreement and provide accurate contact, delivery, and payment information. If you use an account, keep its credentials secure and notify us of unauthorized use.
Product details and availability
Read the product description, condition, photographs, included components, variant, price, and availability before purchasing. Adding an item to the cart does not reserve it. A preorder is expressly identified and is governed by our preorder policy.
Order acceptance and corrections
An order acknowledgment confirms receipt of your order. We may review payment, address, inventory, purchase limits, or suspected fraud before fulfillment. If an item is unavailable or a material listing error affects your order, we will contact you or cancel and refund the affected amount. We will not substitute a different product or increase a paid price without your agreement.
Prices and payment
Prices are in U.S. dollars. Applicable taxes and the final total are shown before payment. Standard U.S. shipping is free. Payment methods are those displayed in Shopify checkout; availability can depend on the buyer and device. One-time product purchases do not create a subscription.
Shipping
In-stock orders normally take 1–2 business days to process plus 5–8 in transit, for a 6–10 business-day total. Our shipping policy explains destinations, cutoff, delays, and shipment support.
Returns and cancellations
Eligible new and used products have a 30-day return window after delivery, subject to their delivered condition and sealed-product requirements. Approved eligible returns receive a free prepaid label; no restocking fee applies and direct exchanges are unavailable. See our return policy and preorder and cancellation policy.
Collectible contents, grades, and value
Sealed products may contain randomized contents controlled by the manufacturer. No particular pull, grade, player, autograph, future market value, or resale value is guaranteed unless expressly supported by the listing. Third-party grading remains the assessment of the named grading company. See our condition guide.
Acceptable use and intellectual property
Do not use the site for fraud, unlawful activity, unauthorized account access, malware, or interference with checkout. Original site content and branding may not be used without permission except as allowed by law. Product, team, league, athlete, manufacturer, and grading-company names belong to their respective owners; accurate identification of products does not imply endorsement or affiliation.
Third-party services and privacy
Shopify hosts the store and checkout. Payment providers, carriers, and other enabled service providers have their own terms and privacy practices. Our privacy policy explains personal-information handling, and privacy choices are available where applicable.
Consumer rights and changes
Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded. We may update the terms for future use and orders; the date above identifies this version. Changes do not retroactively remove rights attached to an existing order.
